Before turning vegan, I had the following health issues: acid reflux, IBS, bloating, hemorrhoids, severe cold through the winter season accompanied by breathing difficulties & low energy levels overall. After turning vegan, all these stopped within a month & I no longer have breathing difficulties or cold during winters. I also started exercising 5 months before I turned Vegan, so this definitely helped improve my health too. But I’d give most of the credit to my diet change. My energy levels went up by a great extent & I could perform above average fitness skills such as 500 Squats without break, 390 Push-ups without break, plank with 2 people standing on me and various other calisthenics skills.
I personally have used products from Good Mylk & Sofit. I consume 200g of Briyas Tofu every day which gives me 40g of protein. The protein powders I’ve used so far are, Oziva, Boldfit, Muscle blaze Plant Protein & Myfitfuel (Pea Protein Isolate).
